CSA FAQS
What is CSA - Flower Subscription?
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. It’s a farming model where consumers (often referred to as members or shareholders) purchase a share of a farm’s harvest in advance. Here are the key aspects of a CSA:
- Structure: Typically, at the start of the new growing season, consumers buy a “share” of the farm’s flower crop. This upfront payment helps cover the costs of farming, such as seeds, bulbs, equipment, and labor.
- Regular Deliveries: Throughout the growing season, usually weekly or bi-weekly, members receive a portion of the farm’s harvest. The exact contents of each delivery depend on what is currently being harvested on the farm.
- Variety: CSAs provide a variety of locally grown flowers. This can include ranunculus, lilies, sunflowers and zinnias.
- Support for Local Farms: By participating in a CSA, consumers support local agriculture and farmers. It encourages sustainable farming practices and fosters a direct relationship between farmers and consumers.
- Community Engagement: CSAs often promote community involvement through farm visits, newsletters, and sometimes opportunities for members to participate in farm activities or events.
- Seasonality: The contents of CSA shares reflect the seasonal availability of crops in the local area. Members experience the changing bounty of each season.
Overall, CSAs offer a way for consumers to have direct access to locally grown flowers while supporting small-scale farming operations in their community.
When can I Pick-up my Bouquet (Location and Day) ?
Pick-up: When signing up to our CSA you will have the option to select your pick-up location.
Flowers are delivered to your selected location on the day of the week in the CSA form.
Once you reserve your CSA the pickup day of the week will be the same, so you know when to expect each bouquet.

Our CSAs are a One-Time Subscription:
